I'm gonna echo some of the above posts and give another vote to the Ncase M1. Also, in these SFF cases - I bet you will reach thermal limitations before you reach the motherboards limitation to overclock. ITX motherboards would be fine unless you are wanting the Type E header as stated by another user above.
