Whether 12V 120W is enough will be highly dependent on the brick quality. Overall max load should be around 100W in your build, but transients can be a problem. I recommend you getting a 19A (192W) brick. It's very common and cheap (at least in EU).It all depends on how tight of a budget you have.On the other hand, if you are going to use a 120W brick, there is no point is going 250W Pico, the 160W Pico version will have enough headroom.
