That's technically true... but the PSU can't be longer than 140mm and can't have modular cables for the GPU to fit. Or the other way to do it to free up enough space for a modular 140mm or non-modular 160mm is to move the GPU down a slot, either with a 2/3 slot motherboard that fits and has the x16 slot in the right place, or with a flex riser. Not exactly ideal.

I'd actually say a better example of a sub-15L case that supports both a long GPU and ATX PSU is the Silverstone SG07/SG08 (14.8L) or SG13 (11.5L), or even the updated RVZ01-E (14L).

What's wrong with the Novatouch out now? I have one (with the RapidFire Stealth key caps ) and it certainly seems fine to me.
