Personally, I've gone for the Thermaright AXP90-X53 Full Copper. Is not quite as low-profile as the X47, but should have superior cooling capacity - up to 155W TDP, I believe. I had not thought of changing the fan, as I like the colour fan it comes with.
If you can find a way of NOT importing the heat from ANY GPU into your case, I'd do so. I've just designed my own case, and kept the GPU completely external to the case, by using a short PCIe Riser Cable that goes under the side of the case, to an external extension of the base of the case. That way I'm not limited to size or power of GPU. Though I will have to provide it with its own SFX PSU, as the PCIe Slot can only supply 750W. But I won't need to buy an iGPU, nor a motherboard that support Thunderbolt, USB4 or OCuLink. :-)
I'm in the process of uploading details of my build right now. It is only 5 litres, has 4 x 2.5" Hot-Swappable Drives, plus up to three M.2 Slots and an HDPLEX 250W GaN Fanless PSU. I'm waiting for CES announcements and reviews, to decide between a 9950x3D plus GPU, or possibly a Strix HALO APU. The whole thing is designed to fit in my briefcase or old DEC laptop bag. I already have all the parts for the case. Build starts after Christmas.
