Check my threads, It can be done more easily with a PIO motherboard and a low profile GPU (5060 low profile is $350 US). This can net you a 2L with GPU. I used an Alienware GaN laptop brick for power ($30 US, PIO Motherboard takes 19v/20v directly and has a 12v output header for GPU)
Using a JieWei or Bazillion B660 or H610i PIO motherboard.
Lots if ways to do it, 3L with a regular GPU should be totally do-able.
