Hello SFFers, greetings from "I am a noob, but I will build something nice and small" - land!

Hi, my name is Eugen and I hope to find inspiration and help for my plan to build a new system

The last PC build for me was 18 years ago and this is my first attempt for a SFF build

The "plan" looks something like this:
- handle to carry the thing to work/game in another room/place
- strong amd cpu
- a 3080 gpu
- as much water cooling as possible for as much components as possible <-- not sure with this, maybe I watch to much OptimumTech?
- a fan control, that considers the somehow the water temps of the system <-- not sure something like this makes any sense

Thank you for this place, I am looking forward to read SFF stuff and hope to be able to make better decisions in the process.

Take a look at Sliger cases, several versions are available with a handle. If you are doing a full custom loop you want an inline temp sensor which will read your coolant temps. Asus motherboards have the 2 pin header you can plug this directly into.

Not sure I would like to move a lot with a custom loop in my computer case. Air cooling sounds a lot safer for traveling, where shocks are apt to happen. But I am probably too chicken-hearted...
