Hello everyone, feasibility study AIO as custom loop

Hi everyone, I would like to build small water cooled case. I com across 4080 super with Water cooling block.
I was thinking using 240 AIO, cut the pipe and connect graphic card into this loop. Processor would be AMD 9600x or i514600K on itx motherboard.
Is this possible to achieve.

I would like to build console style PC sitting in livingroom underneath TV, akin to Fractal Design Ridge.
I came here for the resources, I own metal shop so I'm able to built anything even custom blocks.
I dont have too much extra time though.

I had gaming rigs before.
In past I swiched to sff office PC with low profile 1050TI and that held me for a while for ocasional gaimng.
Thats when I fell in love in small and quiet PCs.
