I've been reading the reviews of SFF for some time and after two years with a 250D, I want to downsize my personal rig. Wandered around Yahoo! Auctions in Japan, Amazon UK/DE for ideas to downsize. Now, I have found nirvana.

I'm mostly a plain person with an interest in tokusatsu, Japanese culture, building computers and food.

I also believe that bigger isn't always better when it comes to building computers and that I'd rather overclock computer parts for situations like transcoding 1080p/60fps .mkv to 1080p/60fps .mp4 videos or brute-forcing into Jian-Yang's smart fridge.

Ah yes, I think transcoding/encoding is one of the processes that really benefits from multiple cores. How do you feel about the core wars started by AMD Ryzen? Isn't it neat to see Intel responding with their new 6 core / 12 thread processors?
