So, the good news is, after having failed to install half a dozen preview builds over the past couple months, Windows 10 finally managed to update itself to the final release version of the anniversary update (and I'm turning off preview builds for a while.)The bad news is, the way the system restarted, my browser didn't properly park itself, and my session got nuked, so now I have to recover all my tabs through session buddy which bypasses the browser's ability to NOT load background tabs.
