I don't think I'd run a 7950X on a 37mm CPU cooler. Coolers of that size are typically installed on 65W TDP (88W actual) processors; the 7950X is 170W TDP (230W actual). You'd have to heavily undervolt and power limit the CPU in order to keep the temps down, which will come at the cost of multi-core performance. It can be done but compromises will have to be made.I have an L9a (37mm) on my 5700X and it struggles to keep up at 90W. I'd highly recommend getting a case that can support at least 70mm if you want to get the most out of a 7950X.
