The picture you are referring to in the OP is of the old version of the case.The new version of the case will have 46mm of clearance from the MB to the top/bottom panel (depending on how you have the case oriented), and around 59mm of clearance from the PSU to the top/bottom panel. Cabling, if you use all of the 59mm of clearance, will be extremely tight, so try not to use all of that space.
