Flipping the PSU helps a lot with cables imo, and gives the radiator more room to grab fresh air (no cables in the way). I also found it slightly easier to route the tubes this way (PSU being flipped) because there were almost no cables in the way. But, you can't really go wrong either way if you're getting custom cables that are the perfect length.I did not, it slid right in. If only I could say the same for other things in life...
