ETA Prime, seen above in “form of anime”, has tested AMD’s Ryzen Phoenix Point RDNA 3 APUs against numerous high-end emulators including the PS3. The results are excellent with only 15 watts being needed for most systems, however the APUs are capable of reaching 30+ watts depending on spec.
Of particular interest is the Nintendo Switch Yuzu emulation. He was able to run Legend of Zelda Link’s Awakening at 1080P / 60 FPS at only 15 watts.
