I have basically the same setup: 5700X3D, Radeon 6700XT Scythe Fuma 2. All of this in a Cerberus X case, which is too big for the hardware. I wouldn't recommend an AIO for that CPU personally, that Fuma 2 is an excellent air cooler. I had a Ryzen 2700X in that build before and the CPU cooler would become quite audible when gaming. After upgrading to the 5700X3D, it's so quiet as it is so energy efficient. An AIO would be a waste, that's 100-200$ saved.I don't have any case recommendations for you, I'm not actively following the myriad of projects and new cases.
