What you want we just want D5 for less noise. The 3 slot GPU version is better for burification maybe in the future, and more room to work in the gpu side. Both good for watercooling. If you want burification in the future go for the 3 slot, if not go for the 2 slot. In the 2 slot version, there is more space for the CPU, so easier to route the tubes. Anyways the difference between them is just the backplate, so you can order one for cheap. Where are youi live if I can ask you? I think you can flip the case for draining, but we need to test it. I wrote down it on my list!
