Now that AMD's new chips have been out for a while, can anyone comment on whether thermal issues are more difficult to deal with on the AMD platform?I'm about to pull the trigger on another build around a 9700k + B360 in a Dan v2. The rave reviews thus far have me considering an AMD platform (which I've abandoned for over 10 years). Are thermal issues more severe with the AMD platform inside the Dan? I'm planning to use a Blackridge + 120mm fan and 2 92mm fans at the bottom. This one will be for the significant other's place where she'll mostly be working on it, with some gaming if I ever find myself bored to tears and forgetting my gaming grade laptop.
