No. It will hit the bottom of the GPU.545LC is millimeters away as it is so unfortunately the Alphacool unit will not work. It's also too long to fit in the case. I thought about doing the same thing you are trying to do, but you'll have an easier time with an ITX GPU and a 120mm rad mounted next to in IMO.
