Hello everyone! I'm very new into this SFF sphere, and I am super happy that I chose the legendary Dan A4 as my first (and last, I'm sure, for QUITE some time!).Unfortunately, my case came with some scratches that do not seem like something a machine would do. I opened up the box and unfortunately my eyes became fixated on the glaring silver scratches on the black brushed aluminum of the left side panel (left if i/o is facing towards you).I have asked for an RMA last week but have since received a reply. Is there something I can do to expedite the process, perhaps add more information or correct some wrong data I sent?
