The DAN A4 is very good with GPU thermals, almost as good as an open test bench. But not sure for your very specific card, since it's very small and has a single fan. You can test the card outside the case, see how it goes.If its the same high temps check the thermal paste.If it operates much colder outside the case then the case cooler combination is the problem, the result of adding a fan can not be concluded without actually adding a fan.
