Yes, I'm sorry to say but I am pretty sure that card is not going to fit. It will definitely cause interference with the PCIe slot on the mainboard. If you try it out let us know but the widest card I managed to cram in was 120mm (~4.92") and that card claims to be 5.5" which isn't even close.
