Buying Custom fanless 12v power supply for Asrock X570D4I

Looking for someone willing to construct a fanless 12V PSU for the Asrock X570D4I (+ AMD Ryzen 4750G @ 65W) and the AMD Radeon RX 5600 XT (@ 150W). Preferably internal AC-DC 12V power supply, but I'm open to an external AC-DC 12V power supply as well. The power supply I'm looking for should be in a Flex ATX format to fit my case, but if possible shorter than a regular Flex ATX power supply.
