I ended up buying the SX650-G. The fan is definitely louder than my old SX450-G which I had modified with the Noiseblocker 80mm fan. However, I can now run my Vega 56 in turbo mode which overpowers the PSU fan... considerably.As I work on undervolting my Vega I may buy that slim 92mm Noctua fan you referenced and replace it in my Silverstone PSU. The Silverstone does not have a fan connector so I'll be doing some soldering, no big deal as I already did it once on the SX450-G.I think I read a rumor that Corsair may be fixing the fan curve on newer SF600's, but I can't confirm that or remember where I (possibly) read it.
