Need some time but if I can be an help for you don't hesitate.Right now I just have a concerned about the streacom HP extension.I have seen on your picture that the position will be like an inverse "U", so heat will go up and then low to the vapor chamber.I you have space to put is horizontally and avoid gravity effect, this may be better for thermal transfer.Also, 4 HP in diam. 6mm may be a little bit low for really high power GPU. Max 160W I will said. If you can find 6 HP solution it would let you more margin.I hope it can help.
