New guy here. I'm using a very old Tivo cabinet to house a newer Tivo Bolt, maybe two 4TB HDD a couple fans and what not. I'm NOT a Bezos buyer as a rule and I intended to try a PICOpsu but Mini-Box have been difficult to communicate with. I've considerable room in the cabinet and I've pretty much determined these would likely do what I need. Using either of these would also eliminate the need of a 'power brick'
The Tivo is currently powered my a AC/DC 120/240AC-12V/3A- 5.5/2.5 Male Barrel.
Either of these I thought could be adapted to provide that power to the Tivo, do multiple HDD and a couple fans. The SST product has fixed cables and the other seems to be modular and likely more desirable. On the FSP what is the 8-pin in white on the end?
I get this Tivo build behind me I'd like to do a PC build. I've a very old build in a Lian Li PC-1100 II. Probably done in '05 or '06. PC was originally a Monarch Computer/Puget Computer build.
