Boo!

Shuttle SN78SH7 user saying hello! I was pointed this direction by Tatty_One on Techpowerup, where I've been a member for a few years, as I'm trying to track down a single slot upgrade to a HD7750 which is not finding it easy to game at 1920x1080 res' paired up with a Phenom II x3 720 at 3.4GHz. I'll have a duke round the site now and try to get inspired while I'm here!

If you have a huge stack of money to throw around, the Quadro M4000 is effectively a single-slot air-cooled GTX 970 with a slower clock speed (780MHz vs. 1250MHz for the core, 6GHz vs 7GHz for the RAM). Or maybe you could weasel a cooler out of Nvidia to put on a downclocked 970.
That quadro is HORRENDOUSLY expensive and would pop my SN78SH7's PSU not to mention overkill for a mere full HD TV! If someone, somewhere, could just confirm the spacing of the GTX 750 Ti's heatsink spacing I'd have a better idea of what I can use :thumb:

Maybe a smaller Quadro, then? http://www.nvidia.com/object/compare-quadro-gpus.html
The K620, K1200 and K2200 are actually Maxwell parts, IIRC. You would need, however, to source a replacement full-height bracket for your case (NVS510 should work, easily found on ebay), if required. The 620 retails for about $200, so not hugely more of a price premium over the 750ti.
