Cooling Best CPU cooler with tall RAM: Wraith Spire, Cryorig C7 CU, or something else?

In order to accomodate my taller RAM, I am retiring my ID-COOLING IS-60. I will be using the heatsink portion of my Wraith Spire with a 80mm-to-92mm fan adapter and a Delta 100cfm+ 92mm fan, together measuring in at 65mm high. The question is are there any better options for the heatsink portion that are at or under total 65mm cooler height with a 25mm thick 92mm fan attached? Cryorig C7 Cu? Something else?

I will add @IntoxicatedPuma, SFFn’s go-to expert in CPU coolers, to the thread in hopes he might also weigh in on my question.

By the way, @IntoxicatedPuma, do you prefer the Delta AFC0912D-PWM or that 90mm Bgears fan you had shared some time ago?
