I want a simply case (itx mother, sfx-L PSU, with nothing in the frontal panel, i turn on the pc with a screwdriver since 2010)

Details that i need.

-ventilation holes like the s4mini (or similar)
-no screw to remove the side panel (like the dana4)

It is hard to make?
