Motherboard 4-Pin fan angle adapter?

I have the ASROCK Z590M-ITX/ax and CHA_FAN2 (case fan header 2) is located under the M.2 heat sync. Do they make some sort of 4-pin angle adapter so I can plug a fan into that? I'm using a splitter off CHA_FAN1 for now, but I'd like to use that port if possible.

It seems that header is not blocked by the M.2 heatsink.

Sssooo, fun fact: you can install the M.2 backwards *facepalm*.

Lesson learned: don’t build computers when you’re tired.
