3400ge release date

Anyone knows the release date for this 35w tdp cpu? I'm waiting to build a low power always on NAS, and this cpu looks perfect, but I can't find any info regarding price or release. Its not even clear if this cpu will be available as standalone part.

If it's anything like what they did with the 2400GE, you'll see it from HP and Lenovo SFF prebuilt mini PCs long before you'll see one in the wild except maybe on ebay from China
