Was also thinking to use a small active fan along with the DDR5 heatsinks.After the cooler comes i will see what clearance i have left,to find a proper fan for them..Thinking to use double side tape to stick it in the upper part,blowing down to the ram sticks.By the way did you tighten the screws up until the end when you installed the cpu cooler?PS: I ordered the 6400MT 32gb kit,i will be ready now when the mini is fixed
