turbulence

Hi all, If I have 3.25 slot GPU (Sapphire Pure RX 9070 XT) would I be better off getting a T1 or Terra? CPU (7800X3D) would be cooled by Thermalright AXP90-X47 Full Copper, either with Noctua NF-A9x14 HS or Thermalright TL9015W. Mostly I'm trying to avoid turbulence, which I'm reasonably sure...
