5.25" drive bay

I hope this is the right place to ask and plan this kind of thing I'm imagining right now. According to this pic, wich I got from HDplex site, the PSU measures 144mm x 41mm x 62mm (without the "retention tab"): Now, considering the standard measures of the half-height 5.25" drive bay...
