The T1 V2.0/V2.1/V2.5 all have 46mm of clearance, the TX240s are supposed to be 20.5mm, but there's a little bit of lottery involved there unfortunately. The Dabel 20b is a safer choice on that front, but it performs slightly worse. From one of the SFF Gurus Discord pins:

The M1 Evo is flatpacked, it needs assembling. I'm not sure if you have a cerakoter yet, but there is some on the SFF Gurus Discord that's been doing a decent bit of cerakoting for people there, Rikkachet.

According to some people on the Discord it already is. I haven't heard anything about plans for a mainlain China store like there is for the FormD T1, but it wouldn't surprise me if it gets set up at some point.

The M1 Evo/FormD T1 is mostly limited by production capacity, they're limiting the avaiable SKUs like this to make it a little easier on themselves that way. That said, they do have plans to offer e.g. the silver version of the angled case in the future, but no definite ETA on that yet.

This is correct, M1 Evo and FormD T1 are using the same manufacturing partners.
