Why isn't it possible to place the 400W AC-DC HD Plex PSU after the motherboard, instead of next to the GPU/motherboard? It is 18cm wide and ITX is 17cm wide, so shouldn't that work? Is the 3d printer still not wide enough to add 1cm?

Meh, pretty sad there's nothing going on with the 1650 Super in a LP version. The current 1650 LP cards are not very good value, they're priced like the super but significantly slower.

How long after release of the RX 560 was lp cards available?

I would be happy just with GTX 970/1060 performance. It's been 5 years and 1650 is not there yet.

With the time it takes to bring LP versions of new cards to market, it seems like we're at least half a year away from either a RX 5500 LP or a GTX 1650 Super LP, unfortunately.

The 1660ti isn't LP. A dark horse is whether Navi will have a LP version in 2019.

The main advantage of Intel is high overclock/turbo potential, if you only plan to use a low profile cooler, I think you should just go Ryzen.

Yes, that is what I did. I think I got it around 10c cooler. Still wasn't enough for me to go to 4.3ghz from 4.2ghz. At least not without trying to mount a 120mm fan on the cryorig c7.

Also, I do agree that the case is very nice looking, but the goal was to hide as much away as possible :-)

Sure. Well, I did a couple of things that might make the temps a bit hard to interpret. I put a resistor cable on the C7 fan to prevent the fan from being too noisy at both idle and max. So at full load, the fan runs at 1800 rpm. My stable temp at 4.2ghz after running P95 for at least 15...
