Here is a model of an extruded heatsink that I reproduced in Fusion360 from 2D drawings provided on HeatsinkUSA.com. I plan to use it with an HDPlex 250W GaN PSU and a 40mm Noctua fan in place of a Flex-ATX PSU for silent operation and modularity.
But there could be other uses, like a semi-passive GPU heatsink w/ a laser-cut copper plate...
