other than the voltage, for the setting of PBO limit and PBO scalar, if i prioritize to be safe, it is better to set PBO limit to disable and the scalar to 1X?

when i add 200 MHz via Boost Overdrive with curve optimizer -20 for 5700g the core voltage could increase to above 1.4v for a moment, Is it safe to let the core voltage rise to above 1.4v for long term usage? or i need to lower the PPT to decrease the max core voltage limit?

the ram only got one xmp profile of 1.35V 3200mhz-16-18-18-36, could i just keep increase the 3200 mhz setting without touching tCL, tRASCAS, tRASPrecharge, tRAS and tRC until the system unstable?
