Looks great. I see that you also have a side-mounted AIO radiator. Did you, by chance, also look into countersunk 6-32 screws for your radiator? I am specifically interested in finding a solution that allows the magnetic side filter to sit flush.
Yeah. That's normal for the SF600. My SF750 is the same way. The relay is usually used to switch between standby and main power and helps improve the efficiency. I don't think there is a single worthwhile SFX PSU on the market right now that doesn't use this same design. My Seasonic and EVGA SFX...

Does anyone have a recommendation for a 6-32 side bracket radiator screw that allows the side filter to sit flush? I'm concerned that a countersunk won't sit flush and am considering a low profile hex instead, but wanted to check with the community for recommendations first.
Did you cut off the bottom of the SAV2 mounts to fit? Any chance you would have time to share a quick photo for reference? Thanks. I need to get new fan grommets anyway, so I'm debating which SAV replacements I should order that would best suit the NCase.
