Not only does it fit, but temps seem fine! Heads up: had to force pci-e mode to 3.0 for the riser cable, just like people had to with the pcie4 radeons. First 3090 in a sliger? Thanks for building a great case @KSliger!

Well, we should know what a 3090 does in a SM580 in a few days. Had to order the pigtail kit though! @KSliger

Not a bag, but this is a Seahorse 930 rolling case with some custom foam. How I got my 580 to quakecon and back. Southwest lets me carry it on, but some airlines might not.

KSliger has been at quakecon all week and is probably traveling home today. I'd imagine communication will be back to normal this week.

This guy apparently missed that the radiator frame comes out and instead put screws on through the top grate. the substructure under the grate that you mount the radiator too is held in with 4 screws and comes right out. You don't have to remove the whole top.

Judging by the traffic at the booth, Sliger has a busy month coming up filling orders. I'd get em in now!

I discussed that with KSliger when this first came up and we came to the conclusion that the side panel probably wouldn't hold tight if you started filing away at the ballstud. Since it's riveted in, that wasn't really a chance I wanted to take.

They line up with screws in the frame you attach the radiator too. Holds it in. The issue is with the front ballstud receiver for the side panels (if you are talking about the top radiator fitment issue, not sure if I missed a different discussion here. As for quakecon, the expo part (with...

The config I have there seemed more "natural" for the hoses without fighting them. It also has the advantage of keeping the fan spider and usb power cables towards the bottom of the case where they are easier to hide, instead of ending up right in the middle of everything.

Yes to CAM, it's garbage, but I have it set to an aggressive fan/pump curve based on the fluid temp. Works well enough until they fix the cpu temp reporting. Although since the fluid temp responds to instantaneous heat loads slower, it also keeps everything from revving up and down all the time...

Don't let the H115i thing get you guys down, the 580 is an amazing case! With the 3900X and 2080ti I'm seeing CPU temps at 65 and GPU temps at 71 while gaming (with both vented panels). It looks great doing it too!

I'm running my 580 with vented sides and all fans exhaust. 3900x with 2080ti. Both cpu and gpu max out at 75ish under full burn in load. Normal gaming and whatnot less than that. I think the gpu is running cooler in the case with the fans blowing over it than when I was testing everything on my...
