I'm using corsair hydro x 280. That just fits in theory (312*140*30). Deshrouding may not be a good choice for me since I need those mounting holes to hold the radiator. But the extra clearance is good for me to mount multiple 40mm fans at the top. I'll figure out whether it worth it!

Choice exists. Alphacool has ultra low profile 90° fittings (But only work with their own tube). Barrowch has a 25mm tall rotary fitting (it is what I'm gonna use)

Just noticed that you are asking the height with pump installed. A normal DDC is a little taller than 21mm so 24-25mm thickness will have no issue installing into the T1 with even the 3-slot config (50mm limit).
