It's more than I was expecting, but I've waited so long I'm just going to buy it anyway. Newegg.ca put their listing up a couple hours ago, and I've placed my order.

So far, Newegg.com doesn't have listing for it when I search for "Silverstone SX700"... but Newegg.ca does, albeit out-of-stock. I subscribed to be notified when it goes In-Stock. Edit: nevermind, the listing was taken down. The page I had bookmarked just 404s.

Any first impressions so far? Does it run "semi-fanless", or is the fan always running? Can you draw any comparisons to that other package you received? I just received my Rift shipping confirmation, so my timeline for choosing a new PSU just got a whole lot shorter :P

Any news/updates about that front panel audio stuff?

At the risk of sounding like I'm nagging, how soon can we expect to see the final dimensions/layout of this case? I understand it will be a while yet before it can be purchased, but I want to buy other components soon and I'd like to feel more certain that things will fit.

I'm also leaning towards buying the gigabyte board for a few main reasons: 1) The Samsung 950 Pro SSD has issues with thermal throttling if it doesn't receive enough airflow, which I expect would be a problem with motherboards where the m.2 slot will be essentially hidden under a videocard...
