No I ended up going with the MSI B650

I see that the Strix B660-I motherboard is incompatible with the Velka 3 due to the oversized IO shroud. I wonder if the newly released Strix B650E-I would have the same problem? Compared to the B660-I the shroud seems to be a lot smaller, however the top corner is what's worrying me.

A Lian Li - esque aluminium version would be sick. Also any news on price reductions? Read earlier this year that the price might come down, has that happened? Cause it's still pretty dear.
