Yep very much like your SM550 mod. I only have them on the mesh panel but now that you mention it putting them on the solid panel on the other side of the case would make things nice and symmetrical. The case sits on a shelf above my desk with the mesh panel facing me. I hardly notice the gap...
Marc if you want me to move this LMK.. Not trying to thread jack here! Earlier I mentioned it and finally took some pics.
U12S in Cerberus X using some 6/32 motherboard stand offs to gain clearance for the side panel.
I may be overstating somewhat but the M1 is the OG in the SFF space. Look how far things have come since and I don't think for one minute cases like the Cooler Master Nr200 exist today without the M1 blazing the trail. It does seem like we have taken a step back from Pascal's efficiency and...
Thanks for sharing your experiences Marc. Its super helpful for the community! I ended up picking up the 12700k ($299 at Microcenter) and the Tuf D4 open box for @229! Anyway my Team Dark Pro c14 3200 ram is totally unstable as well in 4x8 configuration. I tried XMP 1 and 2. Manual timings and...
Interesting.. You are pushing the limits with overclocking and thirsty components like that 3090. Which I fully support by the way. Tweaking the setup is half the fun after all! I assume you get more stability dialing back some or does the heat soak build up after enough time that the SX800 is...
The direct link is working fine and I was able to read through your findings. Looks like a lot of fun! I have my mobo choices narrowed down to the Prime P you are running , your first hand experience makes for a great recommendation, the MSI Pro P wifi D4, Tuff Gaming D4 or go bigger with the...
Hey Marc! For me the Imgur post isn't opening over there so I can't read your write up. The setup looks good though! The P core performance in ADL is great for gaming as you demonstrate here and the 12600k seems like a perfect game box CPU while still having plenty of grunt for multithreaded...
I just retired a 2005 Mazda 3 hatchback to buy this one and that car treated me well all this time. Looking for years of good service from this one.
Totally agree. The best bang for buck is in a few years old vehicle that has taken the depreciation hit. I have purchased exactly one brand new...
Back again and finalizing the build for now. I decided to go with the C14s since a cooler in hand is better than 2 unpurchased.. or something. Anyway I'm calling it a success and recommend this type of setup for anyone in the S610.
Definitely a nice case. I like the proportions of 610 vs the 620 personally. Fans are audible under load but temps are good. I plan on trying the c14s I have for the cpu. That or I order the U9S chromax. Either are fine for a 5600x. The wraith spire is good enough really if a bit loud.
