This is what I meant in the previous post. As long as you are using an apu up to Picasso, the X300 bios works on A300. As soon as you install a Renoir apu, the Asrock A300 "lock" refuses to use the X300-Bios.

@ramalhais: May I ask which APU you are using? As far as I know only apu's up to the 3400G are able to work with the X300 bios on A300 where you can permanently store the bios settings. With the Renoir apus 4350G and above the change of bios settings in X300 bios on A300 are not saved after...
