I see you've already addressed this problem here. It seems I've even underestimated the position of the mobo (I just measured it'd be 50 mm from the bottom of the case to the PCIe slot, as the specs say that you can fit a 50mm card), but it seems the mobo is even higher, with only 10 mm of room...

Of course, there's the possibility that I turn the whole setup around and either remove the bottom mesh or just poke small holes into it for the heatpipes to go through. On the bottom, the heatpipes probably won't be seen.
