Yup! They run just fine at 3200MHz! I have not bothered to try to OC them.

Just buy them from Superbuy using the link I provided above. I bought 4 and they came out to <$100 each total (including shipping) and I got them in 8 days! Buying 2 might make them ~$110 each, but that is still cheaper than the unobtainium versions in the US.
