I don't have the max but in order to put an ATX PSU, the layout must be switch into the 2 slot GPU mode to allow the MOBO / PSU side to have enough room

I have the A4v2 grey & white, I can assure you the picture is the Pro, since A4v2 powerbutton come with led hole inside the button, not above. (sorry pal)

no, but there are 2 kind of workaround. 1. do it like the way this guy fit his 3090: 2. flip the whole case and have your gpu poke out a little bit in the top and maybe 3d print a top hat for the extra. I would just get the A5 Max tbh

Still haven't got my case yet, but happened to see this picture of the AIO frame they were selling for this case, doesn't look to bad to be honest.
