Finished up the usb port on the front of the case. Had to come up with a standoff solution to fit up against the 3mm thick power button nut. Went with a ~9mm long m3 screw to screw into the case front, then a 5mm standoff that used to have its own threads on one side but I turned it into a nut...

Just ordered an APU case I had held off on last year

I'm using an Asrock Z690m-ITX/ax Motherboard. Pipes are oriented parallel to the ram slots with the bend opposite the GPU slot.

I have been working on the PSU cables, the PSU attachment to the front panel and the USB extension. Lots of issues with the power button PCB interfering with the GPU, have not been able to find a suitable Vandal switch to use on the front cover yet as the hole is ~14mm which is not a size one...

Currently working on the 24pin power connection. I only have 6mm of clearance above the header to the psu housing. So far so good on a flat cable coming out of the 24pin

LLW V36pro also works with a little shroud repositioning, needed to shorten by ~2mm and trim the power button pcb to make it fit

I thought it would just fit but I'm going to need to do something to modify the shroud mounting or shorten it by 1mm or so Since there is a little play in the shroud to the heatsink, I decided to open up the screw holes on the heatsink frame a little and remove a little material from the inside...

Good idea, I know the io shield on the motherboard is really tight on this case. Unfortunately there is a hard 182mm inside dimension to the case that I need to get around

Anyone have a good solution to shortening a gpu shroud by ~1mm without just cutting it off the end? I was thinking of heating up the ABS at the end of the shroud and compressing it a little too change the angle at the end to be more square. that's all I have thought of so far... Maybe cut and...
