    S4 MINI Classic (S4M-C)

I've only tried the Cooljag Falcon II, but results weren't what I was expecting. I still haven't received the titan yet. I would imagine I would have the same results though because I won't be able to fit the 120mm fan.

It's too tall I have to shorten it somehow, washers wouldn't work. It also looks like I need ram with a height less than the ballistix sport to fit the 120mm fan. I'm kinda bummed I won't get to test this today, but hopefully I'll get the chance to soon. * just looked up the price for 32gb of...

    S4 MINI Classic (S4M-C)

I never got a response when I emailed thermalright for the am4 brackets, so I purchased the thermalright universal btk from amazon. I changed the standoffs that came with the am4 bracket with some that came with the Cooljag Falcon, now the cooler is less than a 1/16th away from the top of the...

    S4 MINI Classic (S4M-C)

So...I received the Cooljag Falcon II cooler in the mail today. I was excited to test it in my S4 Mini, but the bottom (copper portion) of the cooler is about an 1/8" away from the CPU. Am I missing something here? Has anyone tried this on a ryzen build?

That's what I was worried about too. I found one of the kits on amazon (universal BKT) it looks like it is the one with their backplate. I hope it works works with the Cooljag.

Does anyone know if the thermalright universal BKT will work with the CoolJag Falcon II? I can't find the ILM bracket for sale anywhere.

    Sff coolers for overclocking

I went ahead and ordered both the cooljag and titan. I'm hoping one of them can keep the 1800x cool. Thanks for the suggestions everyone

    Sff coolers for overclocking

It looks like it's either doing something bizarre like this, or sticking with a stock CPU.

    Sff coolers for overclocking

I bought the 1800x because I didn't really know overclocking was even a thing. I just assumed it was better than the other two (it's the first computer I've ever built). From what I've been reading overclocking is a luck of the draw that varies from chip to chip. If I'm understanding what your...

    Sff coolers for overclocking

I'm starting to think overclocking isn't feasible with such a small case/cooler. Right now temperatures with the nh-l9i are good and stay below 80c under load

    Sff coolers for overclocking

Hi everyone, New to the forum, I hope this is the right place to ask this question. Are there any low profile coolers capable of handling an overclocked cpu? Particularly, an 1800x. I want to squeeze out as much performance out of this CPU for my workload as possible. I'm new to overclocking...
