Per Der Bauer the 4070 PCBs are basically identical from the FE and the few AIB cards he was sampled. The only change was whether certain pads/slots were populated. The only change is how gigantic the cooler attached to it is.
Der Bauer had a great video on these AIB cards. Basically, why the hell should we be reviewing these things? They're PCB identical practically, and the only difference is a 1% change in clock speeds and even the stock FE cooler is more than enough for the TGP of the card. It is no wonder EVGA...

All Gigabyte is doing is being aggressive and tight with EXPO timings and clock ratios. This is something you can manually tune. Other boards will do it in short order--they're at the moment much looser on their timings.
