    SFF.Network Streacom Launches the DA2

Anybody here crazy enough to consider putting a RTX3080 FE into the DA2? I think the unique blow through cooler style of the FE could work really well with rear intake NH-U9S and NF-A12x25 side exhaust. Pretty clear and unrestricted air paths. Like this setup from @bubbl3 which has been shown...

What a beautiful big fan that 140 is :) I personally do not like removing the bottom or top air filters as it detracts from the case beauty in a way, even if it helps with thermals. So I would try to: - Slide the PSU towards the other side panel and flip it around so it's drawing air through...

Thought I'd share the latest configuration of my DA2. My goal was really to fit one 120x25mm case fan with the filters in place in addition to the two radiators I currently use.. I failed... There might exist some wonky configuration after the SSD-bracket is removed that would allow for this...

Yeah, I think the NF-A9 provides about 20% more airflow and 40% more static preasure, but they are very hard to come by where I live. This means turning the CPU cooler 90 degrees, which I wont bother with right now. But I tested the rear fan as intake (in the lowest position) and exhaust (in...

I'm sorry, what I mean by ''The 92mm rear exhaust is not nearly enought to get rid of all the heat'' is that from previous trials heat buildup inside the case has been an issue. And without most things trying to exhaust hot air out of the case, it just gets too hot inside. Switching the rear...

My latest configuration with no bottom dust filter, bottom intake and everything else desperately trying to get rid of hot air. This is by far the coolest configuration I've tried and I think it's due to the NF-A14 FLX pushing a lot of cool air to rad and CPU. I do think airflow is very...

Happy birthday! Looking forward to see how you solve the rad on GPU + U9S nut :D I still haven't found an optimal solution, but I have ordered a new set of vertical brackets from Streacom so I can try out dual 120 rads or even 140+120 if it fits.

The bird was born to fly. One of the benifits of the M1 is that you can mount dual fans at the bottom, which solves a lot of air intake issues. Your tip with vertical tower orientation without top air filter actually dropped the temps with around 5 to 10 degrees. Still not quiet and cool...

It only went to 80 when it reused hot air from the CPU, normally it goes to 60. So GPU temps are not the big issue, but rather CPU temps. I'm not comfortable with 90C on stock clocks. Maybe dual fans on CPU cooler like you did would help.

    SFF.Network Streacom Launches the DA2

Finally got my case yesterday and I have to say it's pretty interesting to build in. But I feel the flexibility and size comes with a prize of no clear airflow path, which in my current configuration has resulted in too high thermals. Worst case we are talking up into low 90s CPU temp and up to...

    SFF.Network Streacom Launches the DA2

It has been discussed earlier in this thread, but I originally bought the C14S to put into the DA2 for it's low profile and excellent thermals, but it was bigger than I expected and at least with my ROG Strix z390-i, it did not fit in any orientation because of the large VRM heat sink. The only...

Thank you, you are totally correct. The amount of overhang is exactly what I was worried about. The "heat pipe ends pointing up"-mounting direction of the NH-C14S is the only one that will work with this motherboard without removing VRM-heat spreaders, and even then I think the cooler probably...

    SFF.Network Streacom Launches the DA2

Do you know the clearance between the mother board and the top of the case, or even better, the distance between the center of the CPU to the top of the case? I'm wondering if the NH-C14s would work in the "heat pipes down"-direction. I already know it will not work with my ASUS ROG STRIX Z390-I...

Not the most interesting build, but a lot of very detailed pictures and some testing/thermals: https://www.chiphell.com/thread-1932559-1-1.html
